WIP - Assets Manager

Got less time in my hand to work on the project due to personal reason, but I'm still working on it  

So here is the WIP assets manager in the software (not only design this time). 

There is still a lots of work needed on it, but I wanted to show that the project is still being worked on
I fixed some bugs too, and done a lots of optimization.

There was a lots of thing that was needed to be modified for this to happen, I had to remake the fully how the software managed assets, I remade how the Lua modding system was linked to this new assets manager, and how the software will save all those data.

I don't say that this system is the best ever, but it's a starting base, lots of upgrade and optimization is still being worked on :)
